IBC Director, Prof. Dr. Ravindra Panth participated and delivered a keynote speech at the Mahakaruna Diwas celebration at Moraji Desai National Institute of Yoga on 17th February. Mahakaruna Diwas was organised jointly by MIMC Leh and the National Institute of Yoga.
