Director General, IBC along with other dignitaries participated in the presenting ceremony of "Set of 108 Volume of Holy Mongolian Kanjur" to Tibet House at IGNCA, New Delhi. During the event, H.E. Ling Rinpoche presided as Chief Guest. Hon'ble Union Minister External Affairs and Culture Ms. Meenakshi Lekhi, 43rd Sakya Trizin Ven. Gyana Vajra Rinpoche, Member Secretary of IGNCA Dr. Sachchida Joshi participated in the 108-volume Mongolian Kanjur Manuscripts presenting ceremony.
